The R&D Mechanical Engineer will work with the R&D team in all aspects of the tracker mechanical calcs, including design optimization. In this position, you will use your experience to lead design decisions from a structural/mechanical point of view, solve problems, develop, and execute design objectives, communicate cross functionally, and drive the team strategically so new editions of the tracker are delivered per commitments that meets the loading requirement.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing supply chain data, recommending improvements to boost performance and reduce cost. Analyze upstream & downstream supply planning stages to recommend solutions that improvise the full lifecycle and ensure correct requirements are being generated. In this role, you will have to work closely with all stakeholders to identify goals and develop best practices for data collection to determine what can be improved to achieve desired outcomes and engineering.

FTC Solar is looking for an individual to support the Supplier Quality & Customer Quality team through quality control & assurance.

In this role the Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the products manufactured meet quality standards and thereby reducing number defect and cost of poor quality. Assist product development and new product introduction from initial stage of first articles all the way up to mass production. Root cause analysis and ensure feedback loop to prevent stoppage of solar plant construction and operation.
