At FTC Solar, we believe that employees should be able to bring their whole selves to work. Being part of the progressive field of renewables, it only makes sense that we are progressive in social policy too. We have a DEI Council that meets regularly to discuss initiatives, help ERGs to work cross-functionally, and talk about developments in the DEI space.
